CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
SPINNING
A
fantastic, heart pumping, hour-long workout! Taught on a stationary bike;
you will climb, sprint, and train to incredible music and extraordinary
instruction. Burn 500-800 calories in this intense hour! Beginners please
arrive 15 minutes early for set-up and instruction. All levels welcome!!
SPIN/STRENGTH
Another
fantastic, heart pumping, hour long class; consisting of 40 minutes of
spinning and ending the class out with 20 minutes of intense strength
training, focusing on your upper, lower and core muscles!
KICK w/ H.A.B.I.T.
This
class involves muscular training for: HIPS, ABS, BUTT, and INNER and
OUTTER THIGHS. Get in the habit of coming to this class to improve your
endurance. You will also be
doing 20-30 min of cardio boxing or step. All fitness levels welcome
CORE w/ STRENGTH
& INTERVAL
A
45 minute workout of the upper and lower body, cardio, strength and sport
conditioning. You’ll get something new out of each class!! All levels
welcome!
