challenging class provides a great workout as you move through a series of
stations designed to elevate your heart rate, improve your strength, agility and
balance, and challenge your muscles. Stations may include jump ropes, weights,
bars, stability balls, etc. Class may be modified for all levels of fitness.
Core with Strength
An hour long workout of the upper and lower body,
cardio, strength and sport conditioning! You’ll get something new out of each
class! All levels welcome!
Backed by high energy music, this class combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. Unlike other types of kickboxing, cardio kickboxing does not involve physical contact between competitors — it's a cardiovascular workout that's done because of its many benefits to the body! All levels welcome!
Pilates with Core
fun and invigorating workout that teaches a series of controlled movements
utilizing the body's "core" - abdomen, back, and hips. This exercise
regimen is designed to create long, lean muscles while enhancing strength,
flexibility, and balance, with an emphasis on posture. This class is suitable
for any level!
Sneakers group exercise classes offer you the best opportunity to stay on track
toward your health and fitness goals. Our signature classes are designed
specifically for older adults and taught by specially trained, certified
instructors. You are sure to find a class that suits your need and abilities.
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to
increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.
Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers ball are
offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
SPINNING® is a fun and intense workout that takes
place on a specialized Spinner® bike. Group spinning is a great physical and
mental workout that is appropriate for beginners as well as seasoned riders. All
spinning workouts are approx. 50 minutes and incorporate various types of riding
techniques. Our staff of experienced and trained instructors will motivate and
lead you through each ride!
Spinning with Butts and Guts
Having a hard time firming your thighs, legs and
butt? Are you not seeing any changes from the current exercise program that you’re
on now? Our Butt's and Guts class is the perfect way to lean out your
bottom half and get a rock hard bottom in 2012! Our group exercise class will
safely teach you the exercises that will most dramatically change your abdominal
muscles and lower body! It’s time to change your body into a fat-burning,
muscle building machine! It’s time to get the body you deserve! All fitness
Spinning® with Strength/Spinning®
fuses the energizing cardio of Spinning® and strength training. These
combined classes provide the perfect
workout to blast the fat, break through the plateaus and reach new levels of
your fitness. Each class hosts 40 minutes of an energizing Spinning with 20 minutes of strength/bootcamp
training. All fitness levels are welcome!
ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and
International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective
fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a
combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. ZUMBA
utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to
maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of
body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
