SPINNING:
A
fantastic, heart pumping, hour-long workout! Taught on a stationary bike;
you will climb, sprint, and train to incredible music and extraordinary
instruction. Burn 500-800 calories in this intense hour! Beginners please
arrive 15 minutes early for set-up and instruction. All levels welcome!!
FIRST class absolutely FREE!
H.A.B.I.T.:
This
class involves muscular training for: HIPS, ABS, BUTT, and INNER and OUTTER
THIGHS. Get in the habit of coming to this class to improve your endurance.
All fitness levels welcome!!
Intense
Cardio:

class filled with pylometrics, cardio, core work and much much more…You
don’t want to miss this complete body workout. All fitness levels welcome.
