Peak
Performance has strived to provide the ultimate workout experience for all
of its members. Peak Performance recognizes that its members represent all
different levels of fitness. Accordingly, whether you are a beginner, an
experienced athlete or a body builder, we’ve created an environment in
which you can feel comfortable. Our wide array of equipment ranges from an
assortment of cardio equipment, to achieve your best aerobic workout, to
3500lbs in free weights and a variety of group exercise classes. We have
classes suitable for individuals who might currently be inactive, people
who consider themselves athletes, and those who believe they fall
somewhere in between.
Personal training is
available for adults, teens, children and seniors who want assistance in
achieving their optimal level of wellness.

"hard-core" fitness program for elite athletes. It brings
elements of athletic training to people of all fitness levels. This
